Applications for BEST Courses in Autumn 2026 are now open.

BEST Courses are short academic programmes organised by local BEST groups in universities across Europe, lasting 7 to 10 days. These courses can focus on both hard skills, in technical and scientific areas, and soft skills, such as leadership, communication, and teamwork.

During the course, participants have the opportunity to learn in an international environment, meet students from different countries, and experience the culture of the host city. In addition to the academic programme, the courses also include cultural activities, visits, and social moments, making it a unique opportunity for both personal and academic development.

Applications are open until May 3rd, so we encourage all interested students to apply before the deadline.

Description of BEST:

BEST (Board of European Students of Technology) is a European organisation of university students, made up of 84 local groups and more than 3,000 young volunteers across Europe. BEST Lisbon, based at Instituto Superior Técnico, Universidade de Lisboa, is one of the organisation’s founding groups and has a 35-year history of promoting complementary learning opportunities for engineering and technology students.»
