About one hundred students attended the II Biological Engineering Alumni Meeting held last Saturday, October 14. The meeting focused on the labour market and on the debate of ideas to promote and value the course.
Professor Raquel Aires Bairros, Bruno Ferreira, Joana Novais and engineer Fábio Fernandes participated in a roundtable whose main topics addressed were the course and its job opportunities, as well as the role and impact of the course in the labour market.
One of the resolutions of this II Biological Engineering Alumni Meeting was to make this alumni group increasingly active. Several ideas to carry out different activities were launched, involving the Biological Engineering Student Group and promoting the contact between alumni and current students.
