The Técnico Football Club is composed of former players of Técnico Students’ Union (AEIST) team and won, for the first time in its history, the INATEL Football League. The team became national champions of 11-a-side football, at the 1.º de Maio stadium, in Lisbon, on 11th June. The Técnico team defeated FC Alvaladense by 5-2 in the finals.

The various generations of amateur players passed through university sport, representing Técnico. They joined on 4 October 2017 and they “feel a deep pride” in this victory.
