The Técnico library offers the academic community two new services for assigning unique identification numbers.

These services allow users to quickly and easily obtain a DOI or ISBN by filling out the forms available on the library’s website.

DOI (Digital Object Identifier)
This service offers users the possibility of getting a permanent identifier for scientific documents which, due to their nature of dissemination, do not already have a DOI.

This service allows users to obtain an ISBN registered with the Portuguese Publishers and Booksellers Association (APEL).
