An introduction to the practice of meditation where participants will learn to manage their emotions, thoughts and develop a healthy relationship with themselves and others.
The aim of this programme is to understand what meditation is, explore its benefits and purposes, and discover the practices that can be used in different places and at different times. Participants will learn how to become autonomous and confident in practicing various meditation techniques while recognising their inner sources of well-being that are independent of external circumstances.
The programme takes place online, from 24 February to 23 May.
