Applications are open for “Feedzai Women in Science MSc & PhD” Scholarships. This initiative aims to support the studies of female students enrolled in Técnico’s MSc and PhD Programmes who seek to continue their studies and engage in research activities.
“Feedzai Women in Science” Scholarships (MSc):
The awarded scholarships will have a total value of €5,825. The support will be divided between tuition fee assistance up to €825 (paid directly to the Academic Services) and the remaining amount divided into 10 monthly installments of €500, corresponding to the months from October to July.
Eligibility Criteria:
– Female students who are applicants or enrolled in a master’s programme at Técnico in the scientific fields of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Advanced Computing, Architectures and Operating Systems, or Information Systems;
– The scholarship will only be activated after having an active enrollment in a master’s programme for the academic year 2024/2025;
– Not receiving any other scholarship.
Important Dates:
– Submission of application: May 27 to June 21
– Selection of candidates: June 22 to July 7
– Announcement of results: July 8 to July 26
– Signing of Scholarship Contract: From September 9
“Feedzai Women in Science” Scholarships (PhD):
The awarded scholarships will have a total value of €18,350. The support will be divided between tuition fee assistance up to €2,750 (paid directly to the Academic Services) and the remaining amount divided into 12 monthly installments.
Eligibility Criteria:
– Female students who are applicants or enrolled in a PhD Programme at Técnico in the scientific fields of Data Visualization, Supervised Classification, Ethical Artificial Intelligence, Auto Machine Learning, Machine Learning Ops, Transfer Learning, Cloud Systems, Distributed Systems, High Performance Systems, Machine Learning, Advanced Computing, or other similar topics;
– The scholarship will only be activated after having an active enrollment in a PhD Programme for the academic year 2024/2025;
– Not receiving any other scholarship.

– Selection of candidates: July 13 to July 19
– Announcement of results: July 22 to July 26
– Signing of Scholarship Contract: From September 16
