Specialisation Course “DevOps Implementation in Kubernetes”: applications are open until 22 October

This course arises from the growing need to integrate software development and business operations, in response to the challenges of digital transformation. DevOps has established itself as an essential practice for increasing efficiency, agility, and quality in organizational processes, promoting collaboration between teams and the automation of workflows.

This course aims to equip participants with theoretical and practical knowledge in Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) practices, as well as in the development and management of infrastructures with Kubernetes. Graduates will be prepared to apply tools and methodologies that enhance continuous improvement, performance measurement, and accelerated delivery of high-quality solutions, with cross-functional applicability to major cloud service providers.

Objectives:

  • To provide an in-depth understanding of the fundamental principles and practices of the DevOps approach, focusing on its application in Kubernetes-based environments;
  • To develop skills for the effective implementation of DevOps strategies that promote high organizational performance through the integration of development and operations teams;
  • To explore the main tools of the cloud-native landscape, with emphasis on their use to automate, scale, and monitor applications in production environments;
  • To foster the adoption of an organizational culture oriented towards collaboration, continuous improvement, and the continuous delivery of high-quality software;
  • To empower students to optimize development and operations processes, aiming to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and accelerate delivery cycles;
  • Analyze and interpret DevOps performance metrics, using quantitative data to support strategic decisions and drive technological innovation;
  • Prepare participants to face technical and organizational challenges in adopting DevOps in real-world contexts, ensuring scalability, resilience, and security of the developed solutions;
