The Specialisation Course “Personal and Interpersonal Communication for Engineers” will complement technical skills with self-knowledge tools and emotional management techniques in the area of behaviour and so-called soft skills, for better adaptation to different situations.
Objectives:
- To develop greater self-awareness of your communication and leadership profile by learning models and techniques to improve and strengthen communication with yourself and others;
- To learn some techniques for managing emotional intelligence and understand how to increase agility in order to adapt better to different situations;
- To review how to give feedback in a constructive way, knowing the best practices and which techniques to avoid;
- To apply conflict and stress management tools and develop resilience;
- To understand how to increase team involvement and motivation, even remotely.
