Applications are now open for the TagEnergy | Women in Energy | MSc Scholarship, an initiative to promote the participation of women in scientific areas related to energy.
This scholarship is intended to support female students enrolled in master’s programmes at Técnico, with a total value of 6,000 euros, covering tuition costs and providing monthly support throughout the academic year.
Scholarship Recipients
The TagEnergy | Women in Energy | MSc Scholarship is exclusively aimed at female students enrolled in or applying for a master’s programme at Técnico. Preferred fields of study include:
– Energy Resource Engineering
– Energy Engineering and Management
– Environmental Engineering
– Mechanical Engineering
– Electronics Engineering
– Civil Engineering
– Electrical and Computer Engineering
Financial Support
The total amount of the scholarship, 6,000 euros, will be distributed as follows:
– Up to 1,000 euros for tuition fees
– The remainder will be divided into 10 monthly payments, providing continuous support throughout the academic year.
Eligibility Conditions
To apply for the scholarship, students must meet the following criteria:
– Be candidates or enrolled in a master’s programme at Técnico for the 2024/2025 academic year.
– Do not hold any other scholarship.
Important Dates
– Submission of application: June 17 to July 5
– Selection of candidates: July 8 to July 17
– Announcement of results: July 18 to July 24
– Signing of Scholarship Contract: From September 9
