Instituto Superior Técnico and some patrons have created Técnico scholarships aiming to support students with academic potential who are limited by financing constraints.
The deadline to apply is 9th December 2020. There are three scholarships available:
- “Emergência Covid-19 IST – Santander”
– Target group: BSc, MSc and/or Integrated MSc students enrolled at Técnico in 2020/21.

- “INNUOS SEED Programme”
– Target group: Computer Science and Engineering (LEIC) BSc students, Alameda and Taguspark campuses, who entered higher education for the first time in 2020/21, through the National Competition for Access to Public Higher Education, whose entry average score is not less than 15.

- “Eng.º Augusto Ramalho-Rosa”
– Target group: Civil Engineering Integrated MSc (MEC) students enrolled at Técnico in 2020/21.
