The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Instituto Superior Técnico, with the support of partner companies: HUAWEI, MEO, NOKIA, NOS and VODAFONE, will organise the Telethon 2026, on 7 february, at Técnico Innovation Center powered by Fidelidade.
The event aims at undergraduate students in the areas of Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications and related fields.
All applicants must submit proof of enrolment in an undergraduate degree at any higher education institution in Portugal in the 2025/2026 academic year. Teams must include at least one member who speaks Portuguese.
Applicants must organise into teams of 3 to 4 members.
Applications will be open from January 5 to January 18, 2026.
A webinar will take place on 13 January 2026, at 5 p.m., to provide students with detailed information about Telethon.
Applications require the following information:
- Team: Name, School, and Leader.
- Members: Name, Date of Birth, Email Address, Mobile Phone Number, Degree, and Proof of Enrollment.
- Motivation (motivation for entering the competition) and Case study (brief description of an example of a case study).
