The 2nd meeting “A Universidade de Lisboa e o Património” will take place on 27th to 30th November 2019 and will be jointly organised by the Faculty of Fine Arts and ULisboa, in collaboration with other schools of ULisboa.
The first day will be dedicated to ULisboa’s cultural heritage and the second day to the cultural heritage at ULisboa. Projects on cultural heritage carried out by ULisboa’s schools will be highlighted.
The importance of such meetings is based on international guidelines, according to which institutions are responsible to preserve and disseminate their cultural heritage. On the other hand, it is also intended to draw the attention of the academic community to the importance of its unique heritage, and to promote strategies to safeguard, preserve, enhance and disseminate this important resource towards the construction of a common identity.
