The IEEE IST Student Branch, in partnership with Técnico PhD Student Club, Técnico professor and INESC-ID researchers, are pleased to announce a free online Agile Leadership Workshop.

The Workshop will include two sessions:

• 2nd March, 6 p.m.-8 p.m.
• 4th March, 5 p.m.-7 p.m.

Brief description

After this workshop, participants will understand that a true agile leader not only behave in an agile way but also inspire others to adopt an agile mindset, in three areas of competence: Perspective, People and Practice. Each area has a number of competence elements, including lists of knowledge, key competence indicators and skills/abilities required to master the competence elements.
