«The Técnico Staff Association (APIST), in partnership with the Técnico Brewers Club, will host a Craft Beer Workshop on November 25, 2025, from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.

This will be an excellent opportunity to learn more about the craft beer production process and discover the projects developed by the Técnico Brewers Club.

An explanation of the brewing process, including a demonstration of the materials and equipment used, will take place during the workshop.

The workshop will also cover the following topics:

The different types of beer that are produced depending on the varieties of malt;
Ongoing projects by the Técnico Brewers Club, such as yeast reuse and sustainability initiatives.

The session will cost €2 per person for APIST members and €3 for non-members.

All proceeds will go directly to the Técnico Brewers Club to cover the cost of the containers used in the workshop.»
