Universidade de Lisboa is a core member of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology: EIT Urban Mobility (EIT-UM).
EIT-UM is dedicated to accelerating solutions that improve our collective use of urban spaces, while ensuring accessible, convenient, safe, efficient, sustainable and affordable multimodal mobility. The aim is to become the largest European initiative transforming urban mobility, thanks to co-funding during 2020-2026 of up to €400m from the EIT.
Two Calls for research and innovation projects are open:
• Call for Proposals 2020 (for projects to be implemented in 2020) – deadline 17th April 2020, 23:59 (UTC+1/CET).
In the areas of Citizen Engagement and Regional Innovation Scheme (RIS).

The ULisboa coordination team will facilitate and encourage the participation of ULisboa schools, researchers, faculty and students in these calls for proposals. The team is composed of professors José M. Pinto Paixão (ULisboa Vice-Rector), Rosário Macário (IST) and Vitor Escária (ISEG), and supported by an advisory group (more).
An information session will take place on 6th March 2020, at 5:00, at ULisboa rectorate building (conference room).
