This event will be a social gathering featuring recreational, sports, and science activities for all Técnico employees and their families.»
Programme
9.15 a.m.– Opening of the event
9.30 a.m.– Activities that will take place on the AEIST sports field throughout the morning:
- Kids inflatables
- Human table football
- Traditional games/treasure hunts
- ‘Reciclomania’ – a game organised by the Sustainability Unit at Técnico, in collaboration with the Ponto Verde Society
10 a.m. – Taekwondo class, with Ana Paula Silva from the APIST Taekwondo School
11 a.m.– Yoga class, with Tereza Monteiro from the Portuguese Yoga Confederation
12 p.m. – Krav Maga class, with Rui Barrocas from Sharp Krav Maga.
1 p.m. – Closing of the event
