IP Talks are informal lunchtime sessions aimed at the entire academic community, namely researchers, professors, PhD students, and anyone engaged in scientific work or interested in Intellectual Property.
«On April 30, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., Room Q01 will host another session of the IP Talks series, focusing on patents in chemistry and biotechnology.
This session is aimed at anyone developing projects in these fields or seeking to better understand how inventions can be protected through patents. Throughout the event, the main patentability rules specific to these fields will be presented, complemented by practical examples, tips, and strategies to help apply these concepts in real research and innovation contexts.
The session will be led by Sílvia Vieira, IP Strategist at Patentree, who will share her experience, clarify questions, and present best practices on Intellectual Property.
The first 25 registered participants to arrive at the session will receive a lunch box.
The IP Talks are powered by Caixa Geral de Depósitos.»
