The 30th International Workshop on Operator Theory and its Applications (IWOTA 2019) will take place from July 22nd to July 26th 2019, at Técnico (Alameda campus – in Complexo Interdisciplinar and Math and Chemistry Buildings) and in Aula Magna (Universidade de Lisboa – rectorate building).

The IWOTA conference series stands as one of the largest events attended by the community of researchers in Operator Theory, Functional Analysis and related areas, yearly gathering experts from all over the world.

IWOTA 2019 is mainly sponsored by the Centre for Functional Analysis, Linear Structures and Applications (CEAFEL), and its Chair is professor M. Amélia Bastos (CEAFEL, DM-IST). Other organisers are professors António Bravo (CEAFEL, DM-IST), Catarina Carvalho (CEAFEL, DM-IST) and Helena Mascarenhas (CEAFEL, DM-IST), with professors Luís Castro (CIDMA, DMat-UA) and Alexei Yu. Karlovich (CMA, DM-FCT Nova).
