The Oeiras Campus of Instituto Superior Técnico, Universidade de Lisboa, will host the first edition of Jogália from July 9 to 12, 2026, a four-day in-person marathon dedicated to esports, gaming, and Trading Card Games (TCG).
The event, organised by LAGE2 (a laboratory that aims to support and enhance students’ extracurricular activities) and NexEra, will bring the academic community closer to the world of video games and technology through tournaments featuring games such as Rocket League, FIFA, Valorant, Counter-Strike, and League of Legends, as well as TCG tournaments, live streams, workshops, and themed lectures.
Activities will take place daily from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m., with morning and evening transportation provided to facilitate participation by all interested parties.
