The New Year’s Concert, organised by the Patriarcado de Lisboa (Lisbon Patriarchate), Capella de S. Vicente and Althum, with the support of Instituto Superior Técnico, will take place on 21st January, at 9.30 p.m., in the Church of São Vicente de Fora.

The concert will be conducted by João Vaz and will include, in a first modern audition, Motets by João Rodrigues Esteves (1701-1752). The remaining programme will include cantabile and organ pieces by Carlos Seixas.

The concert will include performances by 4 musicians from the Capella Patriarchal, 8 musicians from the Capella de São Vicente and 8 young musicians.
