«The Department of Bioengineering (DBE) at Instituto Superior Técnico, in collaboration with the Biological Engineering Student Group (NEBIST) and the Biomedical Engineering Student Group (NEBM), will carry out the “DBE 2025 Open Laboratories”, an initiative aimed at high school students.

More than 500 students are expected to participate. The initiative aims to open the doors of DBE’s research laboratories to high school students and give them the possibility of getting in touch with researchers, attending lectures and participating in experimental demonstrations in the scientific areas of Biological Engineering and Biomedical Engineering.»
