«The opening ceremony of the academic year 2023/2024 will take place on 12th September 2023, in Aula Magna, Universidade de Lisboa (ULisboa).

Celebrating the beginning of a new Academic Year, the Solemn Session is an important milestone in the academic life of ULisboa and brings together its entire Community.

PROGRAMME
4 p.m. Opening Ceremony of the Academic Year 2023-2024

Academic Procession: 3.30 p.m. | Professors who wish to participate in the academic procession should confirm their presence until 1st September de 2023 – eventos@ulisboa.pt. The use of academic dress is required.

This ceremony is part of the ULisboa’s Welcome Session “Bem-Vindo à ULisboa”, which takes place on the same day in Alameda da Universidade, with sports activities, welcome kits and a Sunset Party.»
