Talent Bootcamp is a career accelerator that, in each edition, brings together 200 university students and 150 outstanding companies.
Over two days, participants develop their employability skills and get closer to the job market through networking with professionals, mentoring, training sessions and practical workshops focused on what companies value the most. There will also be tailored feedback on CVs, interviews and pitch, as well as a bridge to internship opportunities and trainee programmes.
Participants will be able to:
- Discover companies’ Talent Programmes;
- Explore Summer and Curricular Internships, Trainee and Ambassador Programmes, and Research Scholarships;
- Learn how to create an effective CV and perform strongly in Job Interviews;
- Learn how to search for jobs and negotiate a competitive salary;
- Meet and talk with CEOs from major companies.»
