A “Talk with the Minister” will take place on February 16, at 5 p.m., in room 02.1 – IST Congress Centre. This talk will be focused on scientific policy and development of Higher Education, with particular emphasis on the initiatives related to scientific employment and collaborative laboratories.

The session will be attended by professor Manuel Heitor, Minister of Science, Technology and Higher Education, and will include a presentation of the topics under discussion, followed by a debate and clarifying questions.
