The European Cultural Heritage Seminar series 2019 will take place from 27th to 29th September.

The Geosciences Museums and the educational services of Técnico museums, will jointly organise the following activities on 27th September:

– 2 p.m. | Workshop “O microscópio vai ao tear”
Crafts and Science. Rugs and tapestries that adorn walls in a rustic and creative style. Made from upcycling fabrics (used clothes, unfit for donation, recyclable). The materials used can be plastic net or even crochet net, making it more malleable.

– 6 p.m. | Visit to “Geocénico”
Catagreena (Catarina Marto) and Raquel Pedro, artists-in-residence, show their work to the public.
