The Alumni Christmas Concert by the ULisboa Academic Orquestra (OAUL) titled “Camões, Epopeia Sinfónica” will take place in Aula Magna, on 13 December 2025 at 9 p.m. and is part of the “Música na Universidade de Lisboa” programme.

This concert celebrates the 500th anniversary of Luís de Camões and features the participation of the ULisboa Academic Theatre, which will bring the poet’s words to life by combining them with music in a vibrant and emotional way.

The event will also have a charitable purpose through the Alumni Solidarity Scholarships, an initiative of the ULisboa Alumni Association that aims to support first-cycle students at ULisboa who demonstrate academic excellence and financial need to ensure their regular attendance at higher education. In 2024, the Association awarded four scholarships worth €700 each.

Invitations can be collected at the ULisboa stores (Rectorate Building and Caleidoscópio) from 3 to 12 December, subject to availability.»
