The 5th International Conference on Health Care Systems Engineering will take place from 14th to 16th September 2023, in Centro Hospitalar Universitário Lisboa Norte (North Lisbon Hospital University Centre).
The Health Care Systems Engineering conference is known to promote live discussions between academics and health practitioners: traditionally it takes place in a hospital, including a hospital tour, and each session is co-chaired by a health practitioner.
This conference provides a unique opportunity for scientists and health practitioners to discuss the use of management science and operations management techniques and methods to support decision-making in healthcare delivery systems.
Attendees will be able to present and discuss new ideas, methods, and technologies for improving operations in healthcare organisations, improving decision processes regarding health technology, interventions and policies’ adoption, as well as for enhancing the use of data to support clinical decision-making.
