The application period for an intensive 1-week course at one of the best engineering schools in Europe is open until January 30, 2024.
The upcoming session of the ATHENS programme will take place from the 16th to the 22nd of March 2024. Information about the courses for this session is updated at https://register.athensnetwork.eu/courses.
The application is validated after the Registration Form and Athens Week-Student Commitment are downloaded from the ATHENS platform, duly signed and uploaded on the Gform filled in. The deadline for submitting the application and filling in the Gform is January 30, 2024.
The documents are not handed personally at the Mobility and International Cooperation Office (NMCI) or sent by email despite what says on the ATHENS programme’s webpage. The documents must be submitted in Gform.
General Rules for ATHENS students.
By choosing less than 3 courses, candidates risk not being accepted by the platform when it sorts applications.
Master’s students wishing to credit the activity must enrol in the “extracurricular activity” subject. The ATHENS programme corresponds to 1.5 ECTS.
The results of the applications will be published during the week after the applications end.
The deadline for dropouts is February, 21.
Técnico does not financially support students joining this programme. Only BIP courses have a grant given by Erasmus + project.
Absence from Técnico during ATHENS week is to be agreed upon with the professor in charge of the course in question.
