The C-Tech summer school will start on 29th July 2020, under the MIT Portugal program.

This summer course will have a duration of 12 weeks and is intended for students enrolled in a professional higher technical course, undergraduate, integrated master, master or doctorate. 15 participants will be selected for the awarding of Research Initiation Grants and Research Grants in the amounts of 412€ and 798€/month, respectively.

The C-Tech project aims to research, develop and validate a digital platform for modeling urban systems, as a planning tool for a smart and decarbonized city. Led by NOS, this project is a partnership with the Instituto Superior Técnico through the Center for Innovation, Technology and Policy Research (IN+), NOVA Information Management School, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), LISBOA eNOVA and CEiiA.
