The Técnico alumni Nuno Leal (World Star Aviation),Teresa Apolónia (Central de Cervejas e Bebidas), Rita Moura (Teixeira Duarte), Sara Pinheiro (IQVIA), Ana Dias (Cofina), Gonçalo Lages de Carvalho (Santander), Miguel Arruda (Manimal), Paulo Zuniga Roque (Vera Navis), attended the “Alumni Talks” held this Tuesday, December 14.

The students had the opportunity to clarify doubts, ask for advice, exchange opinions and experiences for about two hours.

The President of Técnico, professor Rogério Colaço, stressed the importance of this type of events that allow the alumni to stay connected to their alma mater.

“It is important for us to be able to communicate in a clear and effective way about our path, which makes us reflect on everything we’ve been through, that is, the difficulties, what went well, what went less well. It ends up being beneficial to both the speakers and the listeners” said the Técnico student Sara Pinheiro (Biological Engineering).

“This event is proving enlightening for students who are about to enter the professional world. It is very useful to understand future perspectives and to get important advice from people who have gone through this situation”, highlighted the Técnico student Filipe Ribeiro (Applied Mathematics and Computation).
