In November and December, the Career Training Workshops return, in collaboration with Mercer and with the support of Fundação Santander.
Workshops run by Kearney and McKinsey – members of Técnico Partner Network – will also return, targeting crucial skills from the recruitment process to starting a career. Each session is practical, results-oriented, and includes constructive feedback. Topics include communication for recruitment, case interviews, preparing for the first job, productivity tips, CV and LinkedIn profile optimisation, and navigating an international career.
