On 19th and 20th May, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Instituto Superior Técnico opens the doors of Alameda campus, in Lisbon, to present the 2nd edition of the Open Day. On these two days, visitors will be able to learn more about the research projects carried out at the three Técnico campuses.

On Saturday 20th May, the event will be dedicated to individual visitors and families. More than 40 research and innovation projects will be showcased at the science fair, an interactive exhibition that will include experiments led by researchers and students. It will also be possible to visit several classroom and research laboratories.

On Friday 19th May, Técnico opens its doors exclusively to the school public, and includes visits to laboratories and museums. The participation of classes in the activities of this day requires an appointment by the responsible teachers. During the event, the participants will be able to find out more about the different types of courses at Técnico, international opportunities, career development initiatives, support and resources of the School.

The Técnico Open Day is organised in partnership with the Students’ Union and with the collaboration of the Departments, Research Units and Student Groups.
