With the aim of promoting the health and well-being of the community, the Pilates classes at Técnico – Loures Campus, now led by instructor Marta Carvalho, are open for registration to the entire Técnico community.
Classes take place at the Loures Campus on Mondays and Wednesdays, from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.
Main benefits of Pilates:
• Improves posture, increases flexibility, and strengthens the body, particularly the core;
• Helps reduce back pain and relieve muscle tension;
• Promotes well-being, body awareness, and stress reduction.
