The “Science 4 COVID19” portal was launched last Friday, 3rd April 2020, by the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT) and the Agency for Clinical Research and Biomedical Innovation (AICIB), in partnership with public and private health authorities and scientific research institutions.
The portal groups a wide range of activities carried out by the Portuguese scientific community, such as: identification and provision of individual protection material to health professionals; adaptation, development and manufacture of several ventilators; new coronavirus testing protocols; up-to-date information on Coronavirus to be disseminated in the Portuguese Speaking African Countries (PALOP).
