Within the national roadmap to youth organisations, the Secretary of State for Youth and Sports, João Paulo Rebelo, visited JUNITEC – Junior Entreprises of Instituto Superior Técnico. The president of JUNITEC, Miguel Vasconcelos, and the entire team welcomed João Paulo Rebelo with great enthusiasm.
According to the Secretary of State “this roadmap aims to bring us together and to learn more about the youth organisations”. He also highlighted the importance of such experiences once they “recognise the work carried out by the organisations, which are an example to the young people”, he pointed out.
Miguel Vasconcelos expressed his appreciation for the visit of the Secretary of State: “I think this visit is a recognition of the work we have been developing and of the potential of our team”. During the visit, the president of JUNITEC talked about the awards that JUNITEC has been receiving as well as the projects carried out so far.
Professor Luís Caldas de Oliveira, Vice-president of Técnico for Entrepreneurship and Corporate Relations, as well as representatives of the Federação Nacional das Associações Juvenis (FNAJ) and Instituto Português do Desporto e Juventude (IPDJ), which promote this national roadmap, joined this visit.
