Instituto Superior Técnico welcomes new 1st and 2nd cycle students during Welcome Week with a series of activities from 1 to 3 September.
The date and time of the campus visit are available on the Connect platform and sent by email. Each student should arrive on campus 10 minutes before their scheduled time. If necessary, students can change their visit time on the Connect platform.
Family members and guardians of new undergraduate students (National Call) are invited to attend a Welcome Session for Families on the day their students arrive (detailed schedule), at 10 a.m., in the Main Building of Alameda campus. After this session, family members will have the opportunity to join a guided tour of the campus.
Students who arrive after Welcome Weeks should visit the support service at their respective campus (Alameda or Oeiras) after completing their enrolment.
During these days and the weekend of 6 and 7 September, various cultural and social activities will be organised for new students to explore the city of Lisbon and its culture, and meet their future classmates.
The welcome activities for students entering through the National Call (CNAES) – 2nd Call, will take place on 16 and 17 September. Students who are entering through the 3rd Call should visit the Student Support Office service desk, located at Alameda campus reception, to receive their welcome KIT and be assigned a mentor.
Students from Oeiras Campus can use the shuttle service between Alameda and Oeiras campi during Welcome Week. Prior reservation is required.
Students arriving after Welcome Weeks should get in touch with the support service at their respective campus (Alameda or Oeiras) after completing their enrolment.
The 3rd cycle (doctoral) students will be welcomed later during the PhD Open Days.
