Career Training Workshops | Summer Edition is open for registration

The Career Training Workshops are back for another edition and promise to be the greatest ally at the start of this journey. This initiative is supported by Fundação Santander.

These workshops are led by industry professionals from companies with extensive experience in recruitment and selection processes.

Each training module lasts approximately 2 hours and includes a group of 15 students. Participants will learn how to build a CV, write the best Cover Letter, improve a LinkedIn profile, and develop an international career.

The upcoming workshops take place as follows: (limited seats available)

First Job Done Right: How to Make Smart Choices
May 6th
5 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Entering the job market brings questions like: “What are companies looking for and offering?”, “What are the most valued skills?”, and “What are the most common recruitment channels?”.

This workshop explores these and other topics, revealing current hiring trends so that future candidates can prepare and adapt their approach.

This workshop aims to raise awareness and equip participants with the tools to create a consistent and strategic professional image using key elements such as a CV, LinkedIn profile, cover letter, and pitch.

Work Global: Build your International Career
May 15th
5 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Working and living in a foreign country—or, increasingly common, collaborating with international companies from Portugal—requires not only openness to new experiences but also knowledge and preparation for the cultural and practical challenges involved.

This workshop will focus on discussing the best practices for starting and sustaining a global career.

Peak Performance: Mastering Productivity and Teamwork
May 22nd
5 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Effective task and project management is an essential skill for any professional. In this workshop, we challenge you to develop your organisation, resilience, and teamwork skills—key characteristics for successful teams.
