Engineers are often responsible for managing several projects during their professional careers. However, this learning is mostly on-the-job. Project management experience is required, as well as knowing its fundamentals for correct and efficient leadership, risk management and time management in each project.
This course aims to act in the cultural context, creating and developing project management habits and practices, and developing crucial skills in this area. The course conceptually inscribes behavioural aspects of project management and methodologies such as PMBOK Critical Chain and Agile.
The Specialization Course in Engineering Project Management is part of the Specialization Programme in Engineering and Management, as a compulsory module, and this edition will take place in-person.
