Two courses that combine Metacognition with Neuroscience and Machine Learning will be launched in October 2020, aimed at secondary school students (10th to 12th grade). The courses are open to all interested parties.

These courses are organised by the Metacognition Lab: “Aprender a Aprender (LaMAA)”, an online learning platform, which is the result of a collaboration between Instituto Superior Técnico, TreeTree2 and the Champalimaud Foundation.

It is recommended that participants have basic knowledge in these areas, as follows:

• Machine Learning: Mathematics and some experience in Programming;
• Neuroscience: Biology, Mathematics and/or Programming.

The courses are free and taught in Portuguese. Registration is required (students and professors must register in separate).
