The submission of applications for Students Aged over 23 at Instituto Superior Técnico, for the 2025/2026 academic year, takes place online from 18 to 22 August 2025, after the application to Universidade de Lisboa.

The results will be announced on 25 August, at which point the enrolment and registration period will begin, ending on 1 September 2025.

The application to Técnico corresponds to the second stage of the process, which should have begun in March with the application to Universidade de Lisboa.

The Special Admission for students aged over 23 aims at individuals who, cumulatively, are 23 years old by 31 December of the year preceding the application and do not hold a higher education qualification.
