Técnico+, with the support of Vanguard Properties, presents the Specialisation Course in Leadership and Innovation in the Built Environment, aimed at young civil engineers, architects, and graduates in related fields.
Starting on September 16, 2025, this part-time, remote course will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 5.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m., totalling 78 hours of training.
Under the coordination of professor António Aguiar Costa, participants will develop advanced digital skills, strategic vision, and sustainable leadership, essential for addressing the sector’s challenges.
The programme covers BIM, Digital Twin, smart communities, life cycle assessment, innovative project management, and includes technical visits to pioneering factories such as KŌZŌWOOD and ECOSTEEL.
Thanks to the 90% scholarship from Vanguard Properties, the course is available for €360, making this high-quality training highly accessible.
