The applications for the Universidade de Lisboa Award 2023 are open until 28 October 2024.
The Award was established with the support of Caixa Geral de Depósitos and aims to reward a Portuguese or foreign individual who has made outstanding contributions to the progress of Science and/or Culture and to improve Portugal’s image overseas.
The Universidade de Lisboa Award is delivered annually, by deliberation of a jury, whose president is the Rector of Universidade de Lisboa. The award consists of a monetary prize of €25,000.
