The applications for the Universidade de Lisboa Award (ULisboa Award) 2021 are open from 1st to 26th May 2023.
The Award was established with the support of Caixa Geral de Depósitos and aims to reward a Portuguese or foreign individual who has made outstanding contributions to the progress of Science and/or Culture and to improve Portugal’s image overseas.
The ULisboa Award is delivered annually, by deliberation of a jury, whose president is the Rector of Universidade de Lisboa. The award consists of a monetary prize of €25,000.
