«On International Women’s Day, celebrated on March 8, the Técnico Staff Association (APIST), in collaboration with its Taekwondo School, will organise a Self-Defense Workshop exclusively for women – “Empower yourself: Strengthen and celebrate the strength within you!”.

This workshop is open to all women of the Técnico community and will be led by Ana Paula Silva, founder and coach of APIST Taekwondo School.
