The IP Days@Técnico are information sessions on intellectual property at Técnico, aimed at the academic community members (researchers, faculty and students), IST Spin Off community and alumni.
Participation in these sessions requires a registration (registration form).
The next 4 sessions are scheduled as follows:
• 26th/September | 16:30, Alameda, room Q01 – I have an idea. Is it original? (registration form)
• 24th/October – How to write a patent claim for an invention?
• 21st/November – Is my computer software patent-worthy?
• 12th/December – Brand and Design.
These sessions are organised in collaboration with the Portuguese Institute of Industrial Property (INPI).
