The Técnico Library will organise an online training session, via Zoom, about the evaluation criteria for the selection of sources of scientific information, addressed to 1st, 2nd and 3rd cycle students, next 11th November 2020, from 10:00 to 11:30.
This training session aims:
• To discuss the quality of information content available on the Internet;
• To explore the concept of scientific publication and its editorial dynamics;
• To identify sources of scientific information (reference and full text databases, scientific repositories and aggregator systems);
• To know some methods of selecting scientific information.
This training session will be held in Portuguese.
Attendance is free but requires online registration. The registration form is available at Técnico library website. The Zoom meeting ID will be sent to registered participants.
