The Técnico library will organise an online training session, via Zoom, on the evaluation criteria for the selection of scientific information sources. The session will take place on 10th March, from 10:00 to 11:30, and aims at the entire academic community.

This training session aims to:
– Discuss the quality of information content available on the Internet;
– Explore the concept of scientific publication and its editorial dynamics;
– Identify sources of scientific information (reference and full text databases, scientific repositories and aggregator systems);
– Get to know some methods of selecting scientific information.

The session will be held in Portuguese.

Attendance is free but requires online registration. The Zoom meeting ID will be sent to registered participants.
