• Title: “Agile Leadership in times of remote working”.
• Abstract: Remote working has become a reality for many teams and organisations – and there’s no doubt that it’s here to stay. However, many teams are still managed with the same methods used in face-to-face work, which don’t make sense in the virtual world. In this talk, we will discuss how Agile leadership can help improve the work of teams working remotely. Speakers will analyse the differences between an Agile leader and a traditional leader, and share their experience and knowledge in managing people and teams remotely.
