Universidade de Lisboa (ULisboa) is pleased to announce the concert ‘Peter and the Wolf’, by the Academic Orchestra of Universidade de Lisboa (OAUL), in the Aula Magna of Universidade de Lisboa, on 2 March 2025, at 11 a.m. The concert is part of the programme “Música na Universidade de Lisboa”.

With narration by Ruben Chama, illustrations by Inês Freitas and direction by Tiago Oliveira, the Academic Orchestra of Universidade de Lisboa performs two works that transport us to the universe of classical tales: the Prelude to Hänsel und Gretel, by Engelbert Humperdinck, inspired by the famous Brothers Grimm’s tale and Peter and the Wolf, by Sergei Prokofiev, revealing the timbral richness of an orchestra.’
