IST Press published the second edition of the book “Química Orgânica. Volume 2”, by Pedro Paulo Santos.

This second volume, written in clear and scientific language, complements the book “Química Orgânica. Volume 1”, by the same author.

These two volumes were written on the basis of a long experience of research and teaching, with a link to the industrial field, especially in fundamental organic chemistry and in organic synthesis and constitute an excellent support for teaching of fundamental organic chemistry.

The two volumes are also complemented by the book “Exercícios de Química Orgânica”, which includes about 1000 practical exercises of application of the theoretical contents.
